Now taking enrolments for 2010!
If you are interested in enrolling your child in this wonderful program, please complete a Waitlist Application Form and return it by post or email an application to our Enrolments Officer at enrolments@mmu3.org.au.
Please include in your email:
- Child's Name, Address, Date of Birth and Gender
- Mother and Father's Names, Contact Phone Numbers and Email
- Preferred day of attendance (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)
We require a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 (inclusive of GST) to place your child’s name on the waiting list. (If you return your application form by email, please indicate your method of payment in the body of the email.)
Once the payment and application have been received, your child will be placed on the waitlist and a receipt will be issued.
An offer of placement is made in the few weeks before the commencement of term. The entire terms’ fees must be paid before the start of the term. Children usually start at the beginning of the term, but a placement later in a term may be possible.
Every effort will be made to place your child as soon as possible.
Parent referral - 10% off term fees
Effective 17th March 2009, enrolled families who refer friends and family who then complete a MMU3 Waitlist Application Form and pay the application fee, will receive a 10% discount on the following terms fees. That means if you refer 10 people (and they apply for enrolment) you get a whole term free!
Ensure that your friends and family put your name at the top of the form and within the 'How did you hear about us' section of the Waitlist Application Form.
